Humble Beginnings
With Jeffri’s background as a creative consultant & Anita as a business coach, they founded CREA in 2008 as a creative business consulting firm which later the business has expanded to JD Consulting Group (JDCG) and holds various unit businesses. Both Jeffri and Anita went against the odds of building a consulting firm in Surabaya, which was said to be most unlikely to succeed.
They had a mission to help and navigate family businesses in Surabaya to grow. Twelve years later JDCG still exists with an even stronger identity, bigger networks, and enormous vision. As JDCG has grown to help Small-Medium Enterprise to Multi-National Companies, Jeffri and Anita have the vision to not only fulfill clients’ destiny in the market place but also to fulfill every employees’ destiny at JDCG as entrepreneurs who lead with hearts.

2020
Reset & Refresh
The year 2020 known as a hard battle for the marketplace due to the Pandemic of Covid-19. But for us in JDCG, this is the year of rest and reset instead of hardships. After 10 years of existence in Consulting Business, we mark 2020 as a brand new chapter to start strong and start fresh. We will not glorify our old time's success in the past, but highlight new ideas and creativity that is much relevant for today's needs.
We are as solid as we have always been in this new era, hence from this day and forward. We will tell you stories on our clients we work together within 2020 and upcoming years. We look forward to turning the page for new chapters of the journey together with you.
